Hello and welcome. My name is Mel Martinez, I am the owner and operator of MCR.
I’ve worked in the industrial construction business for twenty years and have noticed a shift in the culture. It used to be that construction workers and business owners came together as strangers to complete a project and left the job as family.
Over the years, this changed as constuction companies became less client-focused and more profit-focused.
In an effort to once more instill the values of professionalism, quality, and care back in to the construction business, I opened MCR.
